Pamela’s life focused around her family, who brought her great joy. She found immense pride in watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow, always keeping them close in her heart. Her devotion to her family was evident in everything she did. Pamela attended Logan Creek Baptist Church where she found strength in her faith. A committed Bible reader, she cherished studying the scripture and living out her faith. She loved hymns and would often sing them throughout the day. Outside, Pamela enjoyed picking up pecans so she could shell them to nibble on later.

On October 11, 1980, Pam’s 18th birthday, she married Edward Barham in Caruthersville, MO. He survives. Also surviving are her children, Charles Barham, Kimberly Westfall, and April (Otis) Shedd, all of Doniphan; sisters, Theresa Van Dyke of Indiana, Joan Musgrave of Cape Girardeau, MO, and Sherry Wilson, Linda Greenway, and Judy Greenway, all of Caruthersville; brothers, Ray Smith and Charles Smith, both of Caruthersville. She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Pamela was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Smith.
