Mrs. Pounds passed away at 5:15 a.m., Friday, January 6, 2023, at her home.

She was born March 9, 1950, at Caulfield, Missouri, to Sherman Paul Lester Fare and Mary Ruth Hobbs Fare.  Patsy lived several places through the years and made a lot of memories along every path of travel.  On June 2, 1968, she was married at Caulfield, Missouri, to Carlos Edward (Corky) Pounds, who preceded her in death on September 30, 2015.  Together they enjoyed many years together; they lived in many places but chose to make Caulfield their home.  Patsy was by nature a caretaker and was mostly known as a homemaker for her family.  She had several names including Pat, Aunt Pat, Cousin, Friend and Mom but the greatest that she was proud of was Granny.  Granny had a way with loving those she held dear; her kids, grandkids and all that knew her as Granny.  She had a love for life, adventure and a passion for nature and enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing, gardening and many other things.

She is survived by one daughter, Pamala M. Sisney and husband, Shannon, Caulfield, Missouri; two granddaughters, Kendra and Chloe Sisney; one grandson, Kyland Sisney; one brother, Paul Fare and wife, Lorita, Caulfield, Missouri; one nephew, Clay Fare; and a  host of other family, friends and loved ones.

Her parents, husband, one daughter and one great-grandchild, preceded her in death.

Memorial contributions may be made to Big Springs Cemetery and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 West Main, West Plains, MO  65775.
