Rena Peters White, 92, of Cabool, MO passed away September 11, 2022, in Houston, MO. Rena was born on May 13, 1930, in Coosa County, AL to Ambers Jackson Peters and Lonie (Butler) Peters.
Rena is preceded in death by her parents, Ambers and Lonie Peters; brothers, Marvin Peters and Ernest Peters; sisters, Betty Green and Dorothy Peters; and son, Dale Kreisler. She is survived by her sister, Francis Kennedy; children, Gail Hyde, Kathy (McCary) Wall (Gary); David Kreisler, and Rita McKinstry (Stephen); 16 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
Rena loved gardening, horses, cooking, and Sunday dinners with her family. She had many requests for chicken and dumplings, peach cobbler, and sweet potato souffle. Rena loved her family and helping her church and her community. Rena was a very hard worker and strived for excellence.
In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place, no one will ever fill.
She will be missed by more people than we can count. As momma would always say, see you later no goodbyes.
A Celebration of Life service for Rena will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Talladega Springs Senior Center, 40 Granberry Dr, Talladega, AL 35160.
