Rodney Miller

Funeral services are pending for Rodney Miller, 67, of Gainesville, MO. Rod passed away at Baxter Health Hospital in Mountain Home, AR at 6:08 pm on September 26, 2024. He was born in Homestead, FL at Miami-Dade Hospital. 

He was raised by his father Sheridan W. Miller and his grandmother Beatrice Miller. He would later have 2 daughters Samantha and Tabitha Miller. He loved Florida, the Everglades and Alligators. In August of 1999, he would move to Ozark County and was proud to call it home. He would shortly after moving, start working for MLH and Sons. He would work there for 23 years. He loved his job and considered all who worked there family. They would all become an important part of his life, and he held them very near and dear to him.

He would have 4 grandchildren who would become his whole world. He loved watching them play in sports, watching movies together and teaching them to shoot. He was the best grandpa and loved being one. He loved spending time with his grandkids and he was always the biggest kid himself. Getting himself, grandkids and son in law in trouble all of the time. He was a jokester and loved making people laugh. He was an honest and hardworking man. You never had to worry about what he was thinking. If he thought it, it was said. He had a big smile and a bigger heart. To have known him was to love him. He loved his family, friends, God, fishing, college football, anything to do with the weather, guns, working on his trucks, and music. He was a good ole country boy and was proud to be one. 

He is proceeded in death his father Sheridan Miller and Grandmother Beatrice Miller. He survived by daughter Samantha Frazier and son-in-law Dustin Frazier, four grandchildren Taylor, Braxton, Kaylie and Kimber. Daughter Tabitha Miller. Many friends who he would consider family.
