Rose Laverne Miller, 76 years, 8 months, 30 days old, passed away March 17, 2023 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.
Rose was born June 18, 1946 in Ava, Missouri to Bernie and Eva (Yeisley) Miller.
Rose and Alvin Miller were united in marriage on December 3, 1965 and had three children, Paul, Misty, and Rachel.
She enjoyed hunting, fishing, and raising dogs. She was a crafted distiller also liked doing arts and crafts. Rose had a knack of being able to grow anything. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Alvin; two infant daughters, Misty Ann Miller and April Lynn Williams; brothers, Mike Miller, Jack Miller, Joe Miller, Russel Miller, Tommy Miller, and Johnny Miller; sisters, Mary Ann Coonce, Joann Kirkpatrick, Carol Gentry, Nada Potter, Nellie Turner, and Doris Singleton.
Rose is survived by her children and their spouses, Rachel and Nathan Williams, Paul and Tawana Miller; grandchildren, Tarrah Goforth and her fiance, Alex, Tiffany Williams and fiance Dalton, Emillie Williams, Harley Miller and Hunter Nelson; great grandson Kolson Benjamin Woodward;sister, Betty Jean Scott and Ernie; several nieces and nephews; sisters in law, Evelyn Miller and Debbie Miller; special companion Elvis Wood.
Funeral services for Rose will be Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel in Ava, Missouri . Visitation will be prior the service at 9:00 until service time. Burial will be in the Dobbs cemetery followed by a dinner. Officiating will be Bub Coonce and Ray Dobbs. Memorials may be made to Dobbs Cemetery.
