Sandra “Sandy” L. Wilson was born June 8th,1968, to Cora Gunter and the late Sam Gunter.. Sandy gained her wings on February 23, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.
When she was 17 years old, she met the love of her life and best friend, Boyd Wilson and they were married on June 6, 1987. Sandy worked at Pleasant Valley Manor for several years. She loved watching HGTV & visiting with her family and friends. Her passion was her grandbabies.
Sandy leaves behind her husband, Boyd Wilson, two children: daughter Patty & husband Clinton Holt, son Ricky Wilson and wife Sam; seven grandchildren, Felecity, Tristan, Keneth, Patsy, Kadie, Anakin, Charley; her mother, Cora Jane, three brothers; Charnell, Sam and wife Julie, Chad and wife Jessica; aunts Linda and husband Bruce Edgeller, Christl Gunter; aunt Mary Wilbanks, one uncle Bob Colyer, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Sandy is preceded in death by her father, grandparents, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, and three grandbabies.
