Serena Kathleen Lambert

Serena Kathleen “Kathy” Lambert, 78 years young passed peacefully to Heaven on September 30, 2021 at her home with her family by her side.

Kathy was born June 11, 1943 in Dayton, Washington to Herbert Harold and Bernice Lila (Kennedy) Snider.

Kathy was retired as a Purchaser for the Bureau of Reclamation of the federal government in Utah for many years. She retired after 20+ years of service.

On February 12, 2017  Kathy married the love of her life for the third time, Billy Joe Lambert in Springfield, MO.Together they were blessed with two sons, Darrell and Eugene.

Kathy was a member of the Grace Church of the Nazarene in Springfield, MO.  She enjoyed collecting frogs, was an avid bowler, and Kathy could not pass up a garage sale. She also loved her various cats and dogs and especially her dog, Sassy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Radonda “Dondi” Beck, two brothers, Pat & Clifford Snider, and her dear sister, Lavelle Vance.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Billy Joe, two sons, Darrell & Deloris Lambert and Eugene Lambert & Michelle Woodruff,  grandchildren; Matthew, Darrell Jr., Skylar, Tre`, Joey, Joshua, Jacob, Myranda, and Misty, numerous great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter, four siblings, Aletha (Bob), Lorraine (Larry B.), Larry “Fred” (Nita), and Chris (Elmer), other extended relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Kathy will be Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, MO with burial following in the Evans Cemetery. A Visitation will be prior to the service on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. Officiating will be Pastor Dale Garrison. Memorials may be made to Evans Cemetery.
