Steven Eugene Adams, 68 years, 9 months, and 17 days old, passed away on March 15, 2024 at home with family by his side.
On May 28, 1955, Steve was born in Branson, Missouri to Virgil and Pauline (Southards) Adams.
Steve and Jennifer Talley were united in marriage on June 25, 1988 in their home in Brownbranch. Their children are Tessa, Johnathon, and James.
He was the founder of the Tri-County Youth Horse Show. He started this to help kids gets involved with horses and stay out of trouble.
Steve enjoyed giving people a hard time, which was all for fun. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
Steve worked almost 40 years at Table Rock Asphalt Construction Company, where he made many friends.
He enjoyed being on the farm with his cows and horses and being with his Blue Heeler dog, Lilly.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother in law, John Scisciani.
Steven is survived by his wife, Jennifer; his children, Tessa Kamala and husband, Naveen, Johnathon Adams and wife, Tiffiney and James Denny; grandchildren, Brahma-Valin Kamala, Phoenix Kamala, and Angel Adams and husband, Trevor Keene; siblings, Shirley Scisciani, Darrell Adams, Kenny (Evelyn) Adams, Jackie (Gail) Adams, and Sherry (Mike) Twenter; many neices and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Steve will be Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, MO with cremation to follow. Visitation will be Wednesday from 1:00 PM to service time. Officiating will be Pastor Bill Comer. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Cold Creek Cowboy Church.
