A Celebration of Life Service for Tamara Lynn Grisham, 64, Dora, Missouri, will be held from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at the Langston Street Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Grisham passed away at 8:56 a.m., Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Ozarks Medical Center.
She was born February 13, 1960, at Burlingame, California, to Clarence Leonard Courtney and Hester Naomi Sams Courtney. On August 19, 2023, she was married at Dora, Missouri, to Gary Grisham. Tamara worked as an office clerk at Wiles Title and had had been a cosmetologist and worked in the health care industry for a number of years. She loved to play music and float the river. Tamara loved her family, especially her kids and grandkids. She was a Christian and was baptized on October 18, 1970.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Grisham, of the family home; four children, Heather Whittingham and husband, Jeremy, New London, Missouri, Dustin Laxton and wife, Alyssa, Warrensburg, Missouri, Jeremy Grisham and wife, Gen, Willard, Missouri and Randell Grisham and wife, Ashley, Dora, Missouri; sixteen grandchildren, Zevi, Zachary and Noah Whittingham, Laney Brown, Maverick Laxton, Brayden, Kenny, Easton, Garrett, Cameron, Gabriel, Ella, Motley, Treyton and Brylee Rogers; and many nieces and nephews.
Her parents and one infant brother, Steven Len Courtney, preceded her in death.
