Teanna Marilyn Craig

Teanna Marilyn Craig was born on June 21, 2005, to Teddy Jr. and Patti Craig.  She departed this life on March 24, 2021, at the young age of 15 years.

She is preceded in death by her grandfather, “Poppy” Ted Melburn Craig, Sr; grandmother, Marilyn Monta Seahorn Craig; grandfather, Othel Ray Perry; and one cousin, Glen Ray Craig.

Teanna is survived by her parents Teddy Jr. and Patti Craig; and little brother Ted Craig III all of the home in Winona, MO; three older sisters, two older brothers, and 3 brothers-in-law, Dan and Brandy Montgomery of Desloge, MO, Steve and Delhia Voyles of Winona, MO, Nathan and Rachael Maas of Winona, MO, Damon Craig of Winona, MO, Nathan Craig of Roxana, IL; one great-grandmother, Shirley Pierce of Portageville, MO; two grandmothers, Ruby Craig of Winona, MO, and Deborah Perry of Portageville, MO; seven nephews and four nieces, Dalaney and Andrew Weaver, Danny, Ryan (Darci), Macey, Bryson, and Jayden Montgomery, all of Desloge, MO,  Ryleigh (Triston Alcorn) and Carter Voyles of Winona, MO, Landen Craig and Elliana Maas of Winona, MO; nine uncles; ten aunts; and a host of cousins and friends.

Teanna was so full of life and a friend to all. She loved spending time with her momma eating sushi, shopping, hunting and riding back roads with her daddy, eating ice cream with Landen, jamming with her aunts and uncles, and working at the old Catfish Bank Catfish Inn.  When she wasn’t bossing Ted around during the day, you could find her in his room at 3 am laughing, talking, and listening to music. She had a passion for farming and horseback riding. She loved the farm life and all her animals. She has a two-week-old bottle calf, a dog Bo-Bo, Oakie the goat, and a 14-year-old heifer. Teanna was eleven years old when she harvested her first button buck.  She had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed all seasons of the year.  She loved to run around with her Granny Ruby visiting family and attending church.

Teanna gave her heart and life to the Lord at eight years old and was baptized at Rocky Falls by Danny Kile.  She was never shy to declare who her Savior was and would say; “I love me some Jesus.”

Teanna could light up and room and put a smile on anyone’s face and blessed people with her love and kindness. She was a beautiful baby girl both inside and out.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at Winona High School Gymnasium, Winona, Missouri with Pastor Steve Voyles officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00-11:00 a.m. also at Winona High School Gymnasium. Interment will be in Horner Cemetery in Winona, Missouri.
