Teresa Lynn Vaughn, 54 years, 8 months, 28 days old, passed on to Heaven on March 22, 2022 at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, Missouri with her family by her side.
Teresa was born June 25, 1967 in Gainesville to Rita Sue Suggs.
On June 25,1988 Teresa and Floyd Vaughn were united in marriage at Ozark, MO and they were blessed with three daughters.
Teresa graduated from Ozark High School in 1985. She worked as a Manager for Mexican Villa in Springfield for 17 years. She had also worked for Dollar Tree. She was a Christian and believed in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Teresa enjoyed several endeavors such as playing pool, Bingo, Casino, listening to music, reading and do crossword puzzles. Most of all she loved spending time with all her family!
Teresa was preceded in death by her step father, Charles Byrd; her grandparents, Ellis & Josephine Suggs; her great grandparents, Sarah & Robert Owens.
She is survived by daughters, Brittany Vaughn, Cassie Vaughn and Taylor Vaughn; two grandchildren, Karessa and Lailynn; her mother, Rita Ege; her brother and wife, Darrell & Kimberly Owens; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, April 2, 2022 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, MO. Burial of her ashes will be at a later date. Services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home in Ava, Missouri. Family requests donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
