Terry Lyn Rush, 54 years, 2 months, 16 days old, passed away on August 18, 2022 at his home from fighting a long battle with cancer. He was surrounded with love by his family.
Terry was born June 2, 1968 in Springfield, MO to Norman Eugene and Sharon Kay (Mitchell) Rush.
He was a Quality Control Supervisor at Hutchens Steel out of Seymour, MO.
He had also worked at Hutchens in Mansfield for many years.
Terry was a true outdoorsman loving hunting, fishing, and riding his fourwheeler at Glade Top through the woods with his brother, Cory. He also loved going to the races and was a big K.C. Chiefs fan as long as they were winning.
He was saved and baptized and loved attending the James River Assembly as long as he was able.
Terry was preceded in death by his father, Norman, and his niece, Sydnee Snow. He is survived by his son, Cristopher Grabher, his daughter and husband, Jadyn & Colten Davis, his mother, Sharon Rush, special friend and caregiver, Jennifer Williams, three lovely grandchildren, RaeLynn, Charlee and Dennie, his brother, Cory Rush, his sister, Cassie Snow, his dog, Ranger, and a host of relatives and friends. He is loved dearly and will be greatly missed!
Funeral services for Terry will be Monday, August 22, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, MO with burial following in the Ava Cemetery. Officiating will be Pastor Buddy Boyd.
