Thomas was born May 31, 1954 in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania to James Claire and Ida (Richenderfer) Bower.
Thomas was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and served for ten years.
Thomas and Nancie Ann Waters were united in marriage on February 9, 1991 in California.
Thomas enjoyed flying simulators, drones, air planes, shooting guns, building projects, and quiet time to relax.
Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Nancie Ann Waters in 2011 and his parents.
Thomas is survived by his son, James Bower, three siblings, Mary Ellen Richart, Richard James Bower, and Janice Louise Peak, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society. Cremation services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Homes, Inc., Ava, Missouri.
