Tommy Edsyl Page, 94 years, 9 months, 18 days old, passed away on January 12, 2024 at Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains, Missouri with his wife, Brenda, by his side.
Tom was born March 24, 1929 in Ava, Missouri to Richard and Mable (Bordner) Page.
He was a Korean War veteran and served in the United States Army from 1951 to 1953.
He was a landscaper and woodcutter. He also worked in the foundry in Davenport, Iowa for a few years.
On October 20, 1979, Tom and Brenda Sue Stark were married in Rock Island, Illinois.
Tom was raised in the Brushyknob Church and became a Christian at an early age. He and his dog, Taco, loved to ride in the truck. Tom also enjoyed fishing. His joy was being with Brenda and Taco.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Juanita; his brothers, Jimmy, Pete and Arlie Page.
Tom is survived by his wife Brenda; his children; James “Jim” Page, Diane Perry, Debbie Gardner and Julie Ann Fletcher; numerous grandchildren; several great grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; his brother, Charles James; nieces; nephews; and a close friend, Keith Atkins.
Funeral services for Tom will be Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, Missouri with burial following in the Brushyknob Cemetery with full military honors by the Troy Herd American Legion #112 and U. S. Army detail. Visitation will be prior to the service on Wednesday at 10:30 A.M. Officiating will be Pastor Buddy Boyd. Memorials may be made to the Brushyknob Cemetery.
