He served in the Army from April 1959 to March 1961 in Germany. Wayne worked very hard his whole life and never just doing one job. He would work from sun up to sun down, even after he developed Alzheimer’s, and went to the nursing home. Wayne thought he was still working and gave those nurses a run for their money. He loved to hunt, fish, and spend time with his black lab, Chevy.
Wayne and Mother loved to yardsale and resale items and had the last store called “The Yardbirds Flea Market.” He will be sadly missed, but we know he is with Mother and his daughter, Donna Tripp, but most importantly, he is with our Lord and Savior.
