William Ince

William Richard Ince, son of the late Erman Thomas and Wilma (Matney) Ince, was born July 7, 1958, in Springfield, Missouri, and passed away April 17, 2023, at Spring Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center in Springfield, Missouri. He was 64 years, 9 months, and 10 days of age.

William grew up in Seymour, Missouri, and graduated from Seymour High School.

He loved sports and played basketball when he was in school. William was a jack of all trades, but mostly worked on various farms as a hired hand throughout the area.

William was kindhearted, but loud spoken with a huge dollop of ornery. He loved his family and would find any excuse to spend time with them. He also loved going on fishing and floating trips. He was a devout Christian and attended High Life Church in Springfield, Missouri, whenever he could.

Besides his parents, William was preceded in death by three brothers, Larry, Ray, and Randall, and four sisters, Mary, Sherry, Catherine, and Emma.

He is survived by his children, Candy Radcliff and her husband, Jerry, of Nixa, Missouri, Dustin Ince, and Dale Ince and his wife, Rose, all of Springfield, Missouri, three brothers, David Ince of Ozark, Missouri, Thomas Ince and significant other, Patsy Moore, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, and Gerald Ince and his wife, Lisa, of Cedar Gap, Missouri, two sisters, Sue Russell and her husband, Danny, and Lena Fay Merritt and her husband, Bobby, all of Seymour, Missouri, seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends who will miss him very much.
