Aaron Rodgers Gets Best of Tom Brady, Phil Mickelson in ‘The Match’

Aaron Rodgers and teammate Bryson DeChambeau won the charity golf event against Tom Brady and Phil Mickelson, making it the second time the latter duo has lost “The Match.”

Brady and Mickelson lost to Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning last spring.

Rodgers played well, making three consecutive birdies at one point on the back nine to help his duo get the nod.

Brady, on the other hand, struggled.  He spent the months leading up to the event trash-talking Rodgers and Bryson DeChambeau and even got in a few digs at the reigning NFL MVP when Rob Gronkowski called in and Brady questioned if Rodgers really was going to play for Green Bay next season.

“The Match” helped raise money for Feeding America and other charities.
