American Airlines is adding flights from Kansas City to Las Vegas for the Super Bowl and they include nods to Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. Two flights bound for Sin City from the home of the AFC Champions will bear the flight number 1989. That, of course, is a reference to Swift’s birth year and the name of one of her most popular albums. A return flight to Kansas City scheduled for the day after the big game is listed as Flight 87 — the jersey number of Kelce. United Airlines is also getting in on the Swift-Kelce fun, naming one its flights 22-87, a reference to one of Swift’s song titles and Kelce’s jersey number.
