Arnold Palmer is not only a golf legend. He’s now the official drink of the state of Florida.
Gov. Ron DeSantis issued an executive order Wednesday proclaiming the Arnold Palmer beverage to be the official drink of the governor’s mansion.

The decree means the half tea-lemonade concoction will be served at all official state functions.
Palmer, who died in 2016 and became a Florida resident in 2004, won seven majors in his lengthy career.
DeSantis’ order recognizes Palmer’s architecture business, which designed hundreds of golf courses throughout the world, “including many in Florida.”
The governor also applauded “the significant impact Arnold Palmer made on the Sunshine State over the course of his life.”
