The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is supporting the Ava Lady Bears celebrate going to the state quarter finals on Tuesday 03-07-2023. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, Ava Police Department, Ava City Fire Department, and the Ava Cox Ambulance are all escorting the Ava Lady Bears out of town on their way to Rolla at 2:30 pm. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office asks the community to help support the Ava Lady Bears on their way to the state games.
