(Ava) Only one Missouri area team is left standing as the Missouri state football playoffs continue tonight. It will be a battle between 2 state ranked teams at Larry Silvey Stadium in Ava as the Ava Bears host the Seneca Indians in the class 3 quarterfinal round.
The final regular season poll has Seneca at number 2 with Ava holding down the fourth spot. They are also two of the highest-powered offenses in the state with Ava averaging 54 points a game while Seneca averages 46.

The winner will play the winner of Odessa-St. Pius X next Saturday in the state semi-final round.
