ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the team has signed defenseman Jeremie Biakabutuka to a three-year, two-way entry-level contract.
Biakabutuka, 21, went undrafted and attended Blues development camp this summer.

Biakabutuka made his professional hockey debut last season, appearing in three games with the AHL’s Grand Rapids Griffins, posting two penalty minutes.
The 6-foot-4, 203-pound defenseman also recorded 42 points (17 goals, 25 assists) in 56 games with the QMJHL’s Charlottetown Islanders. Overall, the Longueull, Quebec, native totaled 118 points (40 goals, 78 assists) in 266 career QMJHL games over five seasons from 2018 to 2023.
