The St. Louis Blues have named Robert Thomas the 25th captain in franchise history. The 27-year-old led the Blues with 64 points last season, scoring 25 goals and adding 39 assists in 64 games. Thomas replaces Brayden Schenn, who was traded to the New York Islanders last season. Colton Parayko, Philip Broberg, Jake Neighbours and Dylan Holloway will serve as assistant captains.
