The St. Louis Blues will wear five different sweaters during the 2021-22 season, including their all-new Winter Classic look.
In addition to the Winter Classic game itself on New Year’s Day, the Blues will wear the off-white jerseys for two other games this season: Feb. 1 at Montreal and April 19 vs. Boston.
The lighter-blue Heritage jerseys can be seen at Enterprise Center nine times this year, while the 90’s Vintage jersey will make its only appearance on Jan. 17 vs. Nashville for Chris Pronger’s jersey retirement night.
Here is the full jersey schedule for the 2021-22 season:
Winter Classic Jersey
The newest addition draws from the franchise’s roots and is spun off the original sweaters worn by the team in their inaugural 1967-68 season. The off-white base, retro coloring and felt stitching will be sure to pop when the Blues take on the Minnesota Wild at the 2022 Discover NHL Winter Classic.
When to see it:
Jan. 1 at Minnesota Wild (Winter Classic)
Feb. 1 at Montreal Canadiens
April 19 vs. Boston Bruins
Heritage Jersey
The main alternate uniform for the Blues also draws influence from their original uniforms. After making its return in the 2017 Winter Classic, the light blue and retro Blue Note have stuck around as a staple in the team’s jersey rotation and will be featured for Saturday night home games at Enterprise Center.

These sweaters, highlighted by red accents and diagonal music staff stripes, were first worn in the 1990s by the likes of Wayne Gretzky, Brett Hull, and Pronger. What better jersey to wear for No. 44’s banner night than the blue and red sweater itself?
