Cardinals 4, Rays 3

The St. Louis Cardinals scored four runs in the bottom of the second inning during a 4-3 win over the Tampa Bay Rays. Victor Scott-the-second hit a two-run homer in the inning to tie the game at two before Tommy Pham smashed a go-ahead two run shot. Sonny Gray earned his 11th win after striking out six and holding Tampa to two runs on four hits in seven innings, while Ryan Helsley picked up his 35th save. St. Louis snapped a two-game losing streak. The Cardinals are in second place in the NL Central at 58-and-56. Erick Fedde takes the mound for St. Louis tonight.
