The St. Louis Cardinals got a strong start from Erick Fedde during a 5-2 win over the Tampa Bay Rays at Busch Stadium. Fedde (Fed-EE) picked up his first win as a Cardinal after striking out six and allowing just one run on four hits in five innings. Alec Burleson and Nolan Arenado each drove in a pair, and Ryan Helsley picked up his 36th save. St. Louis has won three of five and are in second place in the NL Central at 59-and-56. The Cardinals send Kyle Gibson to the mound against Tampa Bay tonight.
