Charles Barkley Is Selling His Sports Memorabilia To Build Affordable Housing In His Hometown

Charles Barkley is going to sell his 1996 Olympic gold medal and other sports memorabilia to help pay for 20 affordable houses he plans to build in his hometown of Leeds, Alabama. 

Barkley will sell his 1993 MVP trophy which could be sold for $300,000 to $400,000.  He didn’t say what his Olympic gold medal was worth.

He isn’t selling his 1992 Olympic Dream Team gold medal because his daughter wants to keep that one.
