The Chiefs had a huge first half before coasting to a 41-10 victory over the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead. Kansas City scored 27 points in the second quarter and led 34-0 at the break. Patrick Mahomes sat most of the second half after throwing for 272 yards and three touchdowns, and Jerick McKinnon caught a pair of scores. Mahomes is the fastest NFL quarterback to hit the 25-thousand-yard mark, doing so in just 83 games. Matthew Stafford had been the previous record holder at 90 games. The Chiefs are at the top of the AFC West at 2-and-1. They will go on the road to face the New York Jets on Sunday Night Football this week.
