The Chiefs are continuing to prepare for their Week 14 opponent. Kansas City will host Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills on Sunday afternoon at Arrowhead Stadium. The Chiefs come off a disappointing 27-19 loss to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday Night Football. They have lost two of three but remain atop the AFC West at 8-and-4. Running back Isiah Pacheco, safety Bryan Cook, left tackle Donovan Smith and linebacker Drue Tranquill did not participate in Wednesday’s practice. Running back Jerick McKinnon was limited in the session. The Chiefs have lost two of the last three head-to-head meetings with Buffalo.
