Congratulations Ridge Smith

Ridge Smith recently signed a National Letter of Intent to attend college and compete in Cross Country and Track at Crowder Community College in Neosho Missouri. Crowder is a member of the NJCAA and competes at the Division 1 level.

“Ridge has been a big part of our program for a long time. He is a very hard worker and a great kid. Ridge was an integral part of the 2022 Cross Country Third Place Team Finish and the 2021 Cross Country Sixth Place Team Finish. Ridge also ran at state as a Sophomore on a team that placed third. Ridge has never been afraid of hard work and high miles. He shows up every day ready to work and challenge himself to be better. We will miss Ridge’s leadership and example, but we wish him nothing but the best as he begins this new chapter in his education and running career. It has been a pleasure to coach Ridge and watch him mature as an athlete and an awesome young man” said Coach Alicia Gunter. Ridge will run the 4X800, mile, and 2-mile in track this Spring.
