Cubs 10, Cardinals 4

The Cardinals had their three-game winning streak snapped with a 10-4 loss to the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field. The Cardinals led by two heading into the bottom of the third, but they gave up three runs in the frame and trailed the rest of the way. Nolan Arenado had an RBI triple in the losing effort. Jordan Montgomery fell to 2-and-5 after surrendering six runs on seven hits in five innings. St. Louis is in last place in the NL Central at 13-and-25. The Cardinals travel to Boston to face the Red Sox tomorrow.
