Former NASCAR driver Clint Bowyer was involved in a car crash that killed a woman.
The accident happened on June 5th in Missouri after Bowyer finished working a job as a TV analyst for a race in Madison, Illinois.
Bowyer was driving his Nissan Rogue when he struck the woman who was walking in the middle of the road. Police said he wasn’t impaired, had a blood alcohol level of .000 and called them immediately following the accident.
Officers said the woman had a crystal-like substance on her believed to be meth. It’s also believed she was on drugs during the time of the accident.
