2025 Zizzer Boys Basketball JV Invitational will be held Wed Jan 15th to Saturday Jan 18th JV boys teams taking part will be Licking, Pocahontas, Mtn Home, Rolla, Alton, Mammoth Springs and West Plains. There will be no Championship game instead it will be a shootout style where each team will get to play 3 games.
The West Plains Middle School Lady Zizzer Basketball teams; Grades 5-8th will be recognized on Monday, Feb. 3, 2025 @ WPHS Gym. The Lady Zizzers will play host to Rogersville High School. Middle School athletes will be recognized between the JV and V games. Admission for the student athletes is FREE!
For the second time this season, Mizzou took down a top five team, getting an 83-82 road win at No. 5 Florida on Tuesday night. It’s the Tigers’ first road win against a top-five team since 2012, and is now 5-37 all-time against top-five teams on the road. Mizzou improves to 14-3 on the season and 3-1 in SEC play for the first time in program history. The nationally-ranked Gators drop to 15-2 and 2-2 versus league foes.
