Round one of the NCAA tournament got underway yesterday and the Missouri Tigers played Drake. Mizzou lost in the NCAA Tournament to Drake on Thursday night, 67-57. Playing in their final collegiate game, Caleb Grill and Tamar Bates managed just 14 and 10 points, respectively. Mizzou shot 33% for the game and just 4-of-16 from three-point range, including Grill who was 1-for-7.

West Plains Zizzer baseball will compete in the Ozarks Baseball Classic in Harrison Arkansas today and Saturday, Today at 530 the Zizzers take on Pea Ridge at 530.
West Plains Lady Zizzer Soccer team will compete in the Lady Pirate Clasic chasing sunshine and goals tournament. Teams competing are Branson, Lighthouse Christian, Republic, Monett, Joplin, Bolivar, Carthage and West Plains. The Lady Zizzers will face Carthage in the first round on Friday March 28th at 3pm.
The 23rd Annual YMCA and G&W Foods 2 person spring scramble at the Willow Springs Thomas F Benyo Municaple Golf Course, that benefit the YMCA youth programs and Scholarship Fund. Will be held Saturday April 26th with a Tee time of 10am.
