A fund-raising run will take place for the purpose of benefitting those in Bakersfield who lost their homes. Racers are encouraged to sign up before April 3rd for a shirt to wear the day of the race, and the cost of entry is $20 for those aged 13 and up, and $15 for those aged 12 and under. The race itself will be at 8am on Saturday April 12th, starting on the square downtown Gainesville. The 23rd Annual YMCA and G&W Foods 2 person spring scramble at the Willow Springs Thomas F Benyo Municipal Golf Course, that benefit the YMCA youth programs and Scholarship Fund. Will be held Saturday April 26th with a Tee time of 10am.
Liberty Eagle football camp for grades k through 8th, May 13th to the 15th 5pm to 630pm. Each Camper will receive T-shirt and game pass to first home game. Parents forms have been sent from school to be filled out and returned.
