West Plains Parks and Recreation will be having and Adult 18 and older and high school 13 to 17 volleyball league. Registration is going on now till February 17th. It’s a ten-game season plus a tournament cost for the league is $400.00 per team. You can register your team at the Parks Office or call 417-256 -7304 games will start in March.

The St. Louis Cardinals announced today the signing of 17 free-agent players representing the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Mexico, Ecuador, Cuba and the Bahamas from the first day of Major League Baseball’s international signing period for 2023. Nine pitchers, five outfielders, two shortstops, and one catcher were among the signees. All the players are being signed for the 2023 minor league season and are subject to MLB approval.
