High School football season is rapidly sneaking up on us, as summer workout dwindle down and regular practice fires up Aug the 8th for area high school fall sports. Ozark radio sports has been checking in on area teams and this week we spoke with Liberty Eagles head football coach Brock Kenaga and asked how the summer works out went for the Liberty Eagles.

Liberty will open their season at home hosting the Strafford Indians on Aug 26th, you will be able to catch all the Liberty Eagle football games on The Fox 96.9.

 

 

The Cardinals had yesterday off as they traveled to Toronto to take on the Blue jays in a two-game series with more on the Cardinals here is your redbird update.

 

The Cardinals and the Blue jays tonight pregame at 510 and first pitch at 555 all on KUKU and KWPM.

 

 

The 6th Annual ORN Cares Charity Golf tournament presented by State Farm Insurance agent Justin Shelby will be held this Friday it’s a two-person 18-hole scramble at North Terra Golf course in West Plains out BB hwy. The cost is $150.00 per team. Prizes on every hole and minimum of four flights. The Grizzly Volleyball Alumni Game will be August 13th and start with a 11:00 am Lunch @ Hibby’s and the game will start at 3:00pm at the WP Civic Center everyone is welcome to attend this great event. The tradition of this game brings together everyone who knows just how special this program is.
