The St. Louis Cardinals rattled off 18 hits in a 9-5 win over the Colorado Rockeis at Coors Field. St. Louis scored five times in the first inning and never looked back. Albert Pujols went four-for-five with a home run and two RBI, and Nolan Arenado also went deep. Jose Quintana earned his fifth win after holding Colorado to two runs in six innings. St. Louis has won eight of its last nine. Kyle Freeland was charged with his eighth loss after giving up six runs in four-and-a-third innings. Colorado has dropped two of three. Tri River Classic golf tournament was held this past weekend at the Willow Springs Thomas F Benyo Municipal golf course and your winners in the Championship flight went to Williams and Williams out of Eminence with a two-day total of 114 with a score of 54 on Saturday and a score of 60 on Sunday.
