Tonight will be the Lady Eagles’ last volleyball home game. The Fight against Cancer game. There will be a silent auction in the lobby like the past 2 years. Auction will start at 4:30pm and end when the last point is made of the varsity game. The Lady Eagles host Salem.

The Jim Cox Memorial 2-person 18-hole scramble golf tournament will be held Saturday October 14th at Willow Springs with a tee time of 11am. The cost is 80.00 per team, sign your team up at the Thomas F Benyo Municipal Golf Course.

 

 

High School Softball for tonight Norwood has a DBL header at Springfield game one vs Parkview and game two vs Wheatland.

 

 

District standings in class 4 district 6 West Plains is in second place with Bolivar sitting in first place 8.19 points is the gap between the two teams. Class 3 district 5 Ava sits at first place Mountain Grove at second place and Salem sits at #7. Class 2 district 4 Fair Grove is in first place Houston at #4 and Liberty at #5 and Willow Springs sits at #7. Class 1 district 1 Thayer is in fourth place and Cabool sits in fifth place.

 

SCA Cross Country meet was held yesterday at the Willow Springs Thomas F Benyo Municipal Golf Course. The top finisher on the Boys side was Alex Diehl from Salem, with a time of 17:36. Second place went to Joel Smith from Willow Springs with a time of 18:38.  Third place went to Carson Smith from Willow Spring with a time of 18:39. Fourth place went to Isaac Smith from Ava with a time of 18:46. And fifth place went to Nolan Perkins from Willow Springs with a time of 18:56.
