The Willow Springs Men’s league annual two-person scramble will be held Sept 24th with a tee time of 11am the cost is 20 dollars for members and 30 dollars for non-members carts are available for rent if needed. Sign in will start at 9am.

The West Plains Elks Lodge 20th annual Harold Wilson Memorial golf classic Saturday Sept 17th. It’s a 2-person 18-hole scramble at North Terra golf course in West Plains with a cost of 150 dollars per team. Included in your entry fee, goodie bag, dinner at the lodge after tournament, door prizes, there will also be longest put, longest drive and closest to the pin contest along with other opportunities to win some cash and prizes. Tee time will be 11am with sign in starting at 9am. So, sign up for the West Plains Elks Lodge 20th annual Harold Wilson Memorial golf classic at the North Terra golf course in West Plains.

 

High School Softball for this Friday Van Buren at East Carter. Hartville at Nevada. And Saturday Norwood plays Reeds Spring. The West Plains Lady Zizzers will start their softball season at the Morrisville tournament this Friday and Saturday.

 

The second annual Jim Jones individual 18-hole golf tournament will be held Saturday Sept 3rd at the Willow Springs Thomas F Benyo Municipal golf course in Willow Springs entry fee is 60 dollars per player. The tee time will be 11am to sign up call Len at 417-293-9555 or Willow Springs City Hall at 417-469-2107.

 

The Heart of the Ozarks United Way will kick off the 2022-2023 annual campaign to support its eleven partner nonprofit agencies with a two-person scramble golf tournament on Friday, August 26, at the West Plains Country Club. This event will include lunch and flight prizes for golfers. The shotgun start is at 1 p.m.  Registration of teams begins at 11:00 a.m. The United Way is currently seeking teams to join the golf tournament. All community members are welcome. Each team is $200.
