The Chiefs held on for a 30-29 come-from-behind victory over the Raiders in an exciting Monday night matchup in Kansas City.  Las Vegas got out to a 17-point lead midway through the second quarter before the Chiefs began their comeback.  Patrick Mahomes threw for 292 yards and connected on four touchdown passes to Travis Kelce.

District softball starts today and in class 4 district 6 #3 West Plains will play #6 Marshfield at 7pm at Glendale High School. Class 2 district 1 #4 Hartville plays #5 Twin Rivers, and #3 Saxony Lutheran vs #6 Seymour games are being played at Three Rivers. Class 1 district 1 #2 Norwood plays #3 Van Buren games played at Van Buren.

The Jim Cox Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Saturday Oct 15th  at the Thomas F Benyo Municipal Golf Course in Willow Springs with a tee time of 11am It will be a two person scramble that will cost $80 per team. Sign up at the pro shop or call 417-469-1214
