On the boys’ side making it to the state tournament The Cabool Bulldogs have punched their ticket to the state playoffs and will host South Pemiscot tonight at 6pm. Also, in class 2 headed back to the state tournament the Hartville Eagles and they will host Eugene tonight at 6pm. In class 3 the Thayer Bobcats won district 10 by defeating Liberty 50-36, The Thayer Bobcat will host Fatima at 5pm tonight.

 

The STL Cardinals are back on the field today at 1155 with spring training baseball catch it all on KUKU 100.3.

 

Girls state playoff scores from last night. Class 3 Liberty hosted Fatima and at the end of the first half it was a one-point game. Adjustments were made. And Fatima tightened up their defense and outscored Liberty 15 to 6, to in the third, Lady Egale’s didn’t quit they made a run in the fourth to cut it to six points but in the end Fatima gets the win and moves on 48-36. Class 2 Norwood moves on after picking up a state win over Crocker 65-47.

 

The Missouri Tigers return to the Show-Me State today to open their 2024 home slate with a 5 p.m. contest against SEMO at Taylor Stadium.

 

Class 4 district 11 girls scores Ava lost to Hollister 37-30. Hollister will play the 2 seed Mountain Grove Lady Panthers Wed 730 at Mtn Grove.
