Yesterday was the first full team workout for the Royals and Cardinals, big spring training for both teams who finished in last place a season ago. Cardinals’ manager Oli Marmol has spent the offseason with starting pitchers Lance Lynn, Sonny Gray and Kyle Gibson about building the culture and bringing the new guys around.
