The MSU-WP Grizzlies took on the Nationwide Academy Bengals at the West Plains Civic Center on Tuesday, February 4th, 2020. The Bengals took an early lead against the Grizzlies but MSU-WP would answer those points and tie the game up multiple times during the first half, ending the half tied at 30.
The second half had the Grizzlies in the lead with Nationwide struggling to stay within 8 points. Both teams played a hard game, keeping a close score with the Grizzlies maintaining a lead until the Bengals tied the game at 77 with 1:11 on the game clock. Nationwide was able to attempt two shots without success. With 7 seconds left on the game clock, a dunk by #10 Alex Peterson won the game for the MSU-WP Grizzlies.
