Grizzly Baseball to host prospect camp Oct. 1

WEST PLAINS, Mo. – Kadem Tharp, head coach of the Grizzly Baseball program at Missouri State University-West Plains (MSU-WP), will host a prospect camp for potential players Sunday, Oct. 1, at Lester White Field in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

            The pro-style workout will begin at 1 p.m. and is limited to 75 student-athletes who will graduate high school between spring 2024 to spring 2027, Tharp said.

            Student-athletes will be evaluated in the 60-yard dash, exit velos, positional velos and arm velos, the coach said.

            In addition to Tharp, coaches from Arkansas State University-Mountain Home and North Arkansas College in Harrison will attend.
