WEST PLAINS, Mo. – Don Long, head coach of the Grizzly Softball team at Missouri State University-West Plains (MSU-WP), has announced the signing of Molly Poole to the 2022-2023 roster.
Poole, a 2022 graduate of Monett High School, is an infielder playing third base.
She received honorable mention all-conference, first team all-district and second team all-region honors during her high school career.
Poole said she chose to play for MSU-WP because she loves softball and loves being a part of history as a member of the Grizzlies’ inaugural softball team.
She is excited to be a Grizzly and play for Head Coach Don Long and Assistant Coach Amy Marshall. “Both coaches are amazing and made my visit and tryout feel like home,” Poole said.
