Hurricanes 4, Blues 1

Martin Necas (Knee-kiss) extended his point streak to 13 games as his Carolina Hurricanes beat the St. Louis Blues 4-1 at Lenovo Center. Necas had two goals and two assists in the victory. Jake Neighbours got St. Louis on the board first with a goal early in the first period, but Andrei Svechnikov tied the game at the end of the frame, and Eric Robinson put Carolina up for good in the first minute of the second. Necas scored in the second and third period to put the game away. The Canes have won three of four, while the Blues have dropped five of six.
