Congratulations to the Girls Golf team on a great season and to Rose Reeves; WPHS Sophomore who has qualified to compete in the MSHSAA State Championship meet on Monday, Oct. 21 and Tuesday, Oct. 22 at Rivercut Course in Springfield, MO. Rose shot a 102 at the Class 3 District 3 tournament at Silo Ridge Country Club in Bolivar, MO. Coach James Sharp said; “I am excited for Rose to have this opportunity to compete at the state championship meet. She missed her opportunity during the 2023 season by only a couple of strokes and has truly put forth so much time and hard work to get here this season! If anyone is deserving of this opportunity, it is Rose!”
