(Mountain View) One area team remains alive in the Missouri state high school volleyball tournament. In class 2 Thursday night, Liberty punched their ticket to the quarterfinals with a 3-0 win over the Lady Pirates of Pleasant Hope.
The Lady Eagles will move on to play Saturday against Skyline High School at Urbana. Match time will be 3.

In class 1, Winona came up 1 win shy of 30 for the year when they lost at Annapolis to South Iron Thursday night, 3-1.
