The Liberty Eagles traveled to Salem, Missouri to take on The Salem Tigers who sought to put a dent in their tough, one win streak. Eagles were able to control the defensive efforts by The Tigers and won the ballgame by a Final of 38-0
1st Quarter: Eagles pick right back up from last week with runs from Junior Wyatt Cox as well as Sophomore Carter Ellett. Salem’s main attack is in the blocking but not out of in-zone. This; as well as many flags thrown. During a few plays; Tigers forced the Eagles into incomplete passes.
2nd Quarter: Ellett for the Eagles makes another walk into the in-zone as well as another run by Wyatt Cox. Next carry in is good by Graham Tune after Eagles are brought down several times and nearly lose the ball again.

2nd Half: A near miss interception for Liberty as they fumble the Football. Salem doesn’t have much luck as the only big highlight was some more yardage picked up by Senior Siylis Dubois for the Salem Tigers. But ball is taken back as Wyatt Cox and Carter Ellett make two more runs into the in-zone.
